Tesseract - war of being snare samples / one shots
At the end of tracking each song for War of Being, we took some basic one shot samples of each kit piece for any potential editing needs. I found the one shot samples of snares sounded great and have made a Slate Trigger instrument from them. They are simple and intended for reinforcement or music where there is only a simple back beat. That room sound though!
The samples include Jay’s DW brass snare taken from different songs/tunings…

The samples are hardest hits only with 5 to 8 round robins. Mics included are Snare top, snare bottom, Overhead, Room Close, Room Far, Slam Mic & Slam Mic 2. Samples are provided in WAV and TCI format for Slate Trigger.
All hard snare hits are from the War Of Being One shots (not the ghosts notes).
